North Alabama Bone & Joint Clinic honors the life and legacy of Dr. Neal Garver Clement, M.D., FACS, one of our founders and a pillar of orthopedic care in the Shoals community.

Dr. Clement co-founded North Alabama Bone & Joint Clinic in 1993 as one of our Founding Fathers, helping shape the practice with a deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and service. Over decades of practice, he earned the trust and respect of countless patients, colleagues, and staff throughout the Shoals community.

A board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Clement’s influence extended far beyond the operating room. He was a mentor, a leader, and a physician who truly loved his profession and his community.

We are profoundly grateful for Dr. Clement’s vision, dedication, and lasting impact. His legacy lives on through the care we provide every day and the community he helped build.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
