What is an Infrared Sauna? 🕶
Infrared Saunas utilize different infrared light wavelengths to pe*****te the epidermis and heat the skin from within rather than heat the air around you, like in traditional saunas.

How hot does it get? 🥵
Infrared saunas reach a temperature of around 110F to 135F. Much lower than traditional saunas, making it more comfortable to heat sensitive people, while delivering the same benefits.

What are the benefits?👍
Studies show use of an infrared sauna can induce relaxation, dilate blood vessels to promote healing, help you fall asleep and stay asleep, detox the body, boost collagen production for healthier skin, and relieve stress. Among many other benefits!

Will the infrared sauna give me a tan/damage my skin?👙
No! The infrared sauna does NOT utilize UV rays that will harm your skin

Yes! Keep in mind the sauna takes at least 45 minutes to get up to temperature, appointments will need to be made in advance to ensure the sauna will be ready for your arrival. If you are rebooking an appointment with us in-office, let our team know you would like this service added to your next appointment.

How much does it cost?💲
$25 for 30 minutes, $35 for 45 minutes, and $45 for 1 hour

Erin is a Nationally Certified Acupuncturist and Holistic Healthcare Provider who specializes in pain, mental/emotional health, allergies, women's health, as well as Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture. She has over 15 years of experience and holds a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
