Before we step into 2026, let's release what's been weighing us down.
Have you let someone or something go, but you still feel it? You've ended the pattern or relationship, but there's still an energetic tie keeping you connected?
That could be a bit of karma that needs clearing.
Sometimes healing isn't about adding one more thing to your life—it's about releasing what's been holding you back. It's about cutting the cords that keep you stuck in old stories, old wounds, old versions of yourself.
Here's what to ask yourself:
When you think about the them, is there a physical item you still have that reminds you of them? Can you donate it, trash it, or give it away to symbolize release?
This will help you clear the slate. Get rid of it before the new year so you can start fresh. Don't let the old energy follow you into 2026.
When you give it away or let it go, say this:
"I release this person for their highest good and cut all ties and release all karma."
Imagine cutting the cord. Feel a sense of peace. You are free—and so are they.
2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse—bold, untamed, passionate, and free. But you can't gallop into that energy if you're still tethered to the past.
Release the karma. Clear the slate. Start with a clean heart.
