Services include Single Point of Entry, Early Intervention, Adult Case Management, Residential Services, and Day Habilitation.
- Single Point of Entry: We process all applications for services to entities and maintain the waiting list for services for the 3 counties served.
- Early Information: Serves children from birth up to age 3. Provides families with resources, inforamtion and support as w
ell as speech, occupational and physical therapy. Many of the children served leave the program at peer level.
- Adult Case Management: Service helps individuals by providing service coordination and linking individuals to services that they need. Case Management serves all three counties and providers within.
- Residential Services: Service that operates a number of group homes in all 3 counties. Staff are present 24 hours to assist the individuals and help them to live as independently as possible.
- Day Habilitation Services (Conner Center in Florence and Sara Dinsmore Center in Red Bay): Each program models learning opportunities in such areas asd independent living skills, personal developement, and the opportunity to spend time in the community and with their peers.
