✨Big news about the future of Grace & Grounding! (That we hope will benefit YOU 🤫)

🤲We’re transitioning to a “co-op” style studio.

This means our beautiful space will be available for other teachers and practitioners to host their own classes, workshops, and events. We’re so excited to open our doors to more of our community.

👏We’re also opening up the studio for micro-events!

Our space is perfect for small gatherings of 30-50 people, from weddings to workshops. We’ve even partnered with local event and photo experts to ensure your event is amazing!

🧘🏻‍♂️ Here’s a look at our current weekly class offerings:

🩵* G&G will be hosting Yin & Yahweh on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. It’s a place to surrender and meet God in restoration—a combo class with 30 minutes of flow followed by stillness in yin/restorative yoga. Follow the link in our bio!

🩵* Laura Venable will be teaching an All Levels Flow on Wednesday nights at 5:30 p.m. You can find her on Instagram .yoga

On a more logistical note, we will be moving to a *new scheduling system* in the next few weeks. For now, you can continue to register for classes just as you always have. I’ll share more details on how to book with the new system soon and appreciate your patience as I get everything moved over.

I’m getting real with you all about some upcoming changes at Grace & Grounding.

When I started this business, my priority was always my family first and my clients second. But over time, as the business grew, I found myself drifting and putting the business first. That’s out of alignment with my core values, and I have to make a change. God has been guiding me to pivot, and while it takes me a while to listen, I eventually get there!

Grace & Grounding isn’t going anywhere; we’re just shifting to a new rhythm. I’ve been trusting in Jesus and listening to His direction, which has meant scaling back little by little over the last six months to make sure I’m following His will.

I’ll be sharing more details about the changes to our schedule and space in the coming days. If you are an email subscriber, you already know!

Change is inevitable and lately my favorite theme has been transition…

Grace&Grounding is definitely undergoing some transitions and change…

Vacant offices…
Growing plants…
Doorbells ringing…
Shifting schedules…
Preparation for events…

And still, the Holy Spirit moves freely.

I’ve questioned some of the changes and hesitated, but God knows what’s going on, so I freely surrender to Him.
