Today was an amazing day giving back to the incredible teachers and staff at Florence Unified School District during Teacher Appreciation Week ❤️🍎

We had the honor of providing chair massage sessions to help these hardworking educators and staff members relax, recharge, and take a few moments for themselves. The dedication, patience, and heart they pour into our children and community every single day does not go unnoticed.

Teacher Appreciation Week is the perfect reminder of just how important teachers are — they inspire, encourage, support, and shape future generations every day. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to give back to those who give so much.

Starting Saturday, June 6, join her every Saturday from 10:00–11:00 AM by the koi pond for a peaceful, grounding yoga experience in one of the most beautiful settings around.

Jordan creates a welcoming, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. 💫

Honoring those who serve our community every day 💙

This week, on Tuesday and Thursday, we had the privilege of giving back to the incredible men and women of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office through our Community Give Back program.

These deputies and staff work tirelessly to keep our community safe, often putting others before themselves. It was truly an honor to spend time with them and offer a moment to reset and recharge.

We provided:

✨ Mini Fascia Stretch Therapy sessions

Focused on relieving tension, improving mobility, and supporting overall wellness for those who carry so much responsibility day in and day out.
