Great Day everyone!

I guess I need to make this announcement, so everyone understands the protocol.
If I have sent you a confirmation text and you have not responded within 12 hours of your scheduled time, I will proceed to offer the allotted slot to the next person on my waitlist.

On occasion, I forget to send out a reminder the day prior to your scheduled appointment. This is not often, but I am only human. Please feel free to message me and ask if you're scheduled appointment is coming up; I am always happy to respond pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, my business is the same as someone who works on commission. If they don't sell products, they bring home no income..... it is the same for me, if I don't have a client, I bring home no income for that time (which is actually 2 hours for an hour spot, because it includes the 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after)

Please remember to be respectful of my time, as I will always be respectful of yours 🙏🏻
