I'm looking into things like:

Sometimes in the stillness of the body, the mind can wander.
When guided into magical places this wandering becomes a place of safety, of comfort and many times a joyful expedition 🌌 ✨️

Within the retreats I offer, we glide into these places. Sometimes it's through meditation, sometimes through a sound shower, sometimes through journaling and genuine, authentic conversations. 🧘‍♀️📒🫂

I have lots to share from The Pause Within Beaufort Retreat this weekend.....

BUT FIRST, while I gather all the things.....

Tomorrow I begin a very special energy course. I'm so excited to begin this new chapter and see where it takes me!

Preparing for this weekend’s retreat fills my heart in the most beautiful way.

One of my favorite parts of creating a retreat is the loving intention behind every detail. Carefully selecting foods that will nourish our bodies… gathering special pieces to place in your swag bags, feeling into what will help us all slow down, breathe deeper, and gently release and crafting meditations that help you relax into the now.

This weekend is about more than stepping away from life for a few days. It’s about releasing the overwhelm, reconnecting with your breath, and remembering who you are.

This space we are about to enter together is intentional. It’s a pause. A reset. A sacred container where you can set down the weight and remember the quiet wisdom within your own soul.

I feel so honored to create this sacred space for each of you.

When a client had jaw pain/discomfort for 4 days, decides to get Bioenergy facilitated and the pain number drops from 5 to ZERO in ONE session🙌 💕
