I’m down 4 pounds. Not a huge number for some people who look to injections. But a huge number for me because I did it naturally, still ate like normal, still snacked in between meals.

4 is a big number for me!!! 🤩

Coming into the holidays and the cold weather at the end of the year, it’s a tough time to lose. A tough time to even try.

I make my Daily Health System a habit. They so a job for me. And I’m down 4 pounds!

NAD UPDATE:

First day was nice. Yes, I could tell a difference in myself. I’m made a mistake though. We went out to dinner and I made a cup of coffee when we got home. It just seemed right?! Until it wasn’t. One cup was two. I do love a good cup of coffee! However, even though it wasn’t late, it was enough to keep me up for awhile. Lesson learned.

The second day was equally as smooth and productive! No spikes in my energy. And no drops either. Just a pretty even keel all day and into the night. No evening coffee! 😉

I’ve been wrestling with upper arm, shoulder and neck pain from wrestling with “too big”furniture. So good rest has been touch and go for several days. My Optimize came in and I took two before bedtime (and no caffeine). I was able to rest well. Like sleep all night/wake up ready to go again sleep.

I was up late for a special birthday party last night. We had a busy day today and hae another busy week coming at us. We all do, don’t we?!

But I feel like I’m covered with NAD. Alow and steady wins the race and I’m here for that all day every day good physical and mental health.

Took my first NAD today. Even made my husband take one.

Smooth. My day was craziness as usual but I went through it smooth as butta! My energy level is always high but this day was —- different.

Cloud 9ish. I’m ready to go to bed. I’m not my normal exhausted. Just simply ready to go to sleep. Which I am looking forward to!
