Happy 4th of July. If you struggle with anxiety, today can be a hard day. As you get together with friends and family to eat and watch fireworks, try to stay grounded in each moment. Use the coping skills you have learned, whether it is box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1, or a fidget "toy" don't let your fears win, you are allowed to enjoy this day. Just remember, you do want the same number of fingers on each hand tomorrow as you had yesterday. Stay safe!
