If you’ve been feeling anxious, spacey, or overwhelmed lately—you’re definitely not alone.

When life gets full or emotions get big, it’s easy to leave the body.
But the truth is: we can’t manifest, heal, or feel clear if we’re not grounded.

Here are 3 simple ways I return to myself:

🌿 Stepping outside barefoot (10 seconds is better than nothing)
🌬️ Hand on my heart, slow breath in and out—just reminding myself I’m here
💧Washing my hands in cold water or a salt bath at the end of the day

These aren’t just nice habits. They’re essential. Especially if you’re someone who feels everything deeply.
