TLC In-Home Care is here to help and to make that possible. TLC In-Home care offers an extreme variety of services. We believe it is important for our clients to have as much independence and say about what happens in their life as possible. We do everything from taking a client to doctors appointments and out shopping for a few hours, to full serviced 24 hour care, and everything in between.We believe that every client has their own unique needs and we are flexible with anything. We make sure that our clients' hygiene needs are met(i.e. showering or bed bathing, oral hygiene, dressing for the day), and organizing things to be easier for the client until we see them again. we like to learn their routine as well as their likes and dislike. We assist with things like cooking, medication administration, working with G-tubes, catheters, getting the client whatever they want or need, and one of the most important things we offer is companionship. This part comes with every job we do with a client and we believe it is so valuable. We have worked closely with hospice in the past and we are well trained on the hospice process. We can do catheters, transfers to the commode or bathroom, changing them as soon as they are incontinent and turning them every 2 hours to maintain skin integrity. We also realize we are being paid to be with our client. If the client is resting/sleeping we will do dishes, clean the floors, do some laundry, and so much more. You can even leave a list for us of things to be done if we have time depending on the needs of the client.
