Today is the day! I realize and have known that to be healthy it has to come from the right nutrients and activity. Aging doesn’t have to be torture. It’s your brain that wants to keep you occupied with other things.
Brain change is tough! It’s easy to make excuses! So why am I telling you this? I invite you to do this challenge with me!
