We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy on an inpatient and outpatient basis. We are here to help you get back to better after an injury, surgery, or serious illness. We have 40 private suites as well as a skilled team of clinicians and therapists to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. We are certified by The Joint Commission and CARF (Commission on accreditation of Acute Rehab Facilities) so you can be confident you will receive excellent care at Gateway. We commonly work with people that are recovering from a stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, or other serious illness.

What an incredible Rehabilitation Awareness Week it has been!

On Friday, we kicked off the morning with a coffee bar generously donated by Jill with Senior Living Locators ☕, enjoyed a sweet ice cream social in the afternoon 🍦, and ended the day with raffled gift baskets donated by our amazing community partners. We also proudly wore our Rehab Week t-shirts. 🎽💙

Throughout the week, we've enjoyed delicious meals, fun activities, and heartfelt recognition, all reminders of the important work we do together in Restoring Strength and Rebuilding Lives!

We’ve had an amazing week celebrating our staff and the impact of rehabilitation, and the fun keeps going!

From a lively Party on the Patio with outdoor games, a bounce house, and a DJ 🎶 … to a delicious pizza lunch generously donated by StoryPoint Union 🍕 and refreshing sunset slushies from St. Elizabeth Home Care-Florence Ky. 🍧 … this week has been filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit.

✨ On Monday, our amazing Nutrition & Dietary Services team treated staff to a big breakfast, with our leadership team serving it up to show their appreciation.

✨ On Tuesday, our friends at Legacy Living Florence went above and beyond by hosting a burger bar lunch for our staff, complete with grilling right on our back patio!

We are so grateful for our dedicated team and our supportive community partners who make Rehab Week even more special. 🌟
