Spring is the season of renewal — not reinvention. Small shifts > big overhauls.

Try this:

☀️ 1. Get morning light
Step outside within 30 minutes of waking. Even 5–10 minutes helps reset your rhythm and boost mood.

💧 2. Hydrate like you mean it
Add lemon, electrolytes, or mint. Warmer temps = your body needs more support.

🧘🏻‍♀️ 3. Move daily (even gently)
Not every workout has to be intense. Walks. Stretching. Yoga. Mobility. Consistency wins.

🧹 4. Clear one space
A drawer. Your car. Your email inbox. Outer clarity creates inner calm.

🥗 5. Eat what grows in spring
Think greens, berries, herbs. Lighter, fresher meals to match the season.

📵 6. Shorten the scroll
Add 30 minutes less screen time in the evening. Add 30 minutes more sleep.

Spring doesn’t ask you to become someone new.

Join us for our 3-session Beginner Yoga Series designed to help you feel comfortable, informed, and strong on your mat.

Full Body Sculpt is a Pilates-inspired, core-centered strength class designed to build lean muscle, improve stability, and challenge you through controlled strength training.

We use dumbbells, resistance bands, balance balls, rings + bodyweight to blend:
• slow, intentional tempo work
• targeted pulses
• strength-driven intervals
• deep core activation
• balance challenges

Expect grounded, strength-based movement and that deep, satisfying burn that lingers long after class ends (the good kind ).

In yoga, the right nostril is connected to pingala nadi — the solar, warming, active channel in the body. Breathing through the right nostril only is said to gently turn the lights on internally. ☀️
