We want to share some news with our community. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Due to new laws passed by our Alabama representatives, we’ve had to make this tough decision. While this chapter is ending, we’re truly grateful for all of the support you’ve given us at The Apothecary.

The future under these new laws is uncertain, but our commitment remains the same: we’ll continue to serve you as long as it’s feasible.

After a brief vacation and a journey to reformulate our products to meet Alabama’s new HB445 guidelines, Green Acres in Cloverdale is officially open again starting
Today at 10am!

We will be open Monday-Saturday 10-8pm & closed on Sunday.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring you new compliant products with the same great quality you know and love, just with updated packaging and refined formulations.

As the weeks progress, we’ll be rolling out more products.

We are almost sold out of currently legal products. July 1 the laws change. After today we will pause our store sales while we make new compliant products and obtain the required ABC license. Thank you for being our customer. We will be back with new products, and reformulations of our popular gummies. We Will Be Back

This week's media day consisted of brave individuals with a history of cancer or depression. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘬𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘴. Some discussed fears around having to rely on more prescriptions or even move to another state to get the relief they need. Stay tuned for upcoming videos and clips lifting their voices.
