Herbal poultices are fun, effective, and slightly messy…A tried & true herbal preparation to aid the healing of sprains, strains, stings, and more. In this class, we are going to demo some of our favorite poultices and compresses using fresh and dried herbs.

The following classes are free and will be held in the garden that hugs our shop. Please bring layers. Seating will be first come, first served. This is a pet-free event.

🧚✨Meet the apothecary fairy who is helping me behind the scenes...my sister, Gray!✨🧚

This year we have been able to welcome a very special addition to our team...my sister Gray! She is the reason I have been able to keep up with the product demands of the shop and be more consistent with keeping formulas in stock. She is also helping me with wildcrafting, tending the garden, and harvesting/processing fresh herbs. I don't know how I have managed to build this business without her help! I am so thankful for the amazing team Rose & Crown has cultivated.

Meet Motherwort 🌿✨

The scientific name for motherwort is Leonurus cardiaca and translates to "lion-heart". A relaxing nervine that can be great for those with a mind that goes, “what if this happens, and what if this happens, and what if this happens..." and can work themselves up to a physical anxiety response. Another indication for motherwort is anxiety that manifests as heart palpitations. Energetically, motherwort is a beautiful herb for connecting and strengthening a sense of self.

We love incorporating this beautuful herb into our formulas for supporting the nervous system and helping to ease feelings of anxiety. You can find motherwort in our popular Nourished Nerves tea and elixir. Have you worked with motherwort?
