Her diverse background spans medical-surgical, progressive care, intensive care, oncology, neurology, renal care, home health, and emergency services, giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on patient care.

Now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Lavanda is deeply committed to meeting the healthcare needs of underserved and vulnerable populations. Her clinic serves as a trusted, community-first resource focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management—delivered with dignity and respect.
