A gentle reminder: your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. It’s okay to not have everything together. It’s okay to take a break. It’s okay to ask for help.
Check in with yourself. Check in with your people. A simple “Are you okay?” can go a long way.
Let’s continue to break the stigma, support one another, and create spaces where it’s safe to be honest and vulnerable.
