Middle school can be tough — but your daughter doesn’t have to navigate it alone. Beginning January 14th, our clinician Deandra will be leading a Self-Esteem Psychoeducation Group designed specifically for middle school–aged girls who want to feel more confident, comfortable, and secure in who they are. 💗

Through supportive conversations, fun activities, and practical skill-building, girls will learn how to challenge negative self-talk, manage peer pressure, and build a healthier self-image in a safe and encouraging space with peers.
