72 Hours of FREE Care with the NEW Medicare GUIDE Program!

Caring for a loved one with dementia can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.

The GUIDE Model (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) offers 72 hours of FREE care each year for traditional Medicare patients with a dementia diagnosis.

This program is designed to provide support, relief, and peace of mind for both patients and their families.

Call or email us to speak directly with our owner, Dee Mussleman, a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Dementia Practitioner, who can walk you through how the GUIDE Program can help.
