We value every client’s time and want to ensure you always receive the best possible experience at Serenity Day Spa. To make that possible, we have policies in place regarding tardiness and no-shows.

⏰ Tardiness: Arriving late may result in a shortened session, but you will still be charged for the full appointment time.

🚫 No Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations:
• A no-show results in a 100% charge of your scheduled service.
• First-time last-minute cancellations will be charged 50%.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full and flagged for future appointments.

These policies are not only to protect our business, but also to respect the time of our skilled service providers and clients who may be waiting for an opening.
