Our very first Community Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success at Prairie Meadows! 🐣🐰

The day was filled with so much joy as children hunted for eggs, bounced on the inflatable, enjoyed snow cones and hot dogs, and captured sweet memories with the Easter bunnies…and even a chicken! 🐥

We are incredibly grateful to our amazing sponsors and community partners who made this event possible:
Emergency Care of Floresville for donating a scooter and bikes for our large gold egg winners, Elite Nutrition for the Easter gift baskets, and Walmart for providing waters, photo props, and prizes for our silver egg winners.

A special thank you to Marcus, our administrator, for the balloon bounce provided by Jumpin R’s Moonwalk Rentals, Shur Med for the delicious Kona Ice snow cones, Wilson County ESD #5 for their support, and Max with Trinity Hospice for bringing smiles as our fun-loving chicken!

We also appreciate the Floresville Chamber of Commerce for celebrating with us and inviting the children from Camp Wild Sprouts to join in the fun.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this day so special. We’re already looking forward to celebrating with you all again next Easter! 💛🌷

Today we had the opportunity to volunteer at the Floresville Food Pantry, and it was such a rewarding experience for our Prairie Meadows team. 🙏

Seeing so many donations come together for such a meaningful cause truly shows the power of community. A big thank you to all the incredible volunteers who show up week after week to make it all happen. 💙🧡💙🧡

We were also so glad to see Mayor Gloria Morales Cantu there, generously giving her time to support this important mission.

We look forward to continuing to volunteer and give back. If you’re interested in getting involved, we encourage you to reach out and become a volunteer—this organization makes a difference in so many lives. ✨

Thank you to Dr. Sessions and our Connally Memorial Medical Center team for taking the time to tour Prairie Meadows!

They got an exclusive sneak peek at our exciting new makeover, and our administrator Marcus was proud to show them around—highlighting our beautiful new memory care neighborhood, Serenity Springs.

We can’t wait to share more… be on the lookout for our re-grand opening and ribbon cutting coming soon! ✨

Our Easter egg hunt with Giggles and Smiles was such a wonderful day at Prairie Meadows! 🐣🌸

Our residents always look forward to visits from the little ones—they know plenty of sweet hugs are coming their way. Thank you to Mayor Gloria Morales Cantu for joining us and helping make the day even more special as the children hunted for eggs.

A big thank you to the wonderful ladies who come every Monday for rosary for the sweetest floral Easter gifts for our residents. Your kindness means so much! 🌸

And thank you, Brenda with Good Shepherd Hospice, for such a fun arts and crafts day! Our residents loved painting the birdhouses and getting creative. We truly appreciate you bringing the supplies and spending time with us—we can’t wait to have you back again soon! 💛
