Fobit Fitness can be anywhere at a company events for power hour, food parks or any sporting event you may have. It is an outside gym that meets anyone and everyone's needs, no matter if you never worked out before, missed a gym day. We have free weights, tires, sandbags, ropes, dumbbells, cable machine, med balls, tire flips etc. When your done working out / getting ready to workout or have missed your snack for the day, stop by. FOBIT FITNESS has Power Sacks foods, healthy smoothies made with fruit and the right nutrients; you can add protein, whey protein, vita-shoots, BCAA's, L-C and other great supplements you see on our menu. OVERALL we are here to meet your needs if its working out, nutrients you did not get for the day or want a personnel trainer to help get your body back. BE STRONG BE FIT WORKOUT!!!

Don’t forget tomorrow starts the new Facebook rule where they can use your photos. Don't forget Deadline today!!! It can be used in court cases in litigation against you. Everything you've ever posted becomes public from today Even messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed. It costs nothing for a simple copy and paste, better safe than sorry. When your off days include band training, and a light kettlebell workout. These are small movements you want to focus on. Using resistance band recruits the stabilizer muscles. How to use resistance bands? When using resistance bands there are some key areas that need to be focused on: 1st is form- body alignment how you stand. 2nd is breathing as you push away exhale. Lastly is type of movement in the more you pull the resistance increases. Using a swinging motion works the core and upper body movement.
