The Courage Ranch team is honored to introduce our new therapist, Yesenia Camacho. Yesenia is an LMSW and trauma-informed therapist who brings a deeply relational, culturally responsive and heart-centered approach to her work at Courage Ranch. She specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, emotional regulation challenges and major life transitions.
Her work is rooted in the belief that healing occurs through safe relationships, attunement and connection, both with others and within herself. She integrates EAP, somatic awareness and experiential modalities to help clients build nervous system regulation, emotional literacy and embodied trust. Through her work with horses, clients are invited to slow down, notice patterns and experience co- regulation in a way that is intuitive, honest and non- verbal.
As a bilingual therapist Yesenia is passionate about serving individuals and families from diverse and historically marginalized communities. She weaves cultural humility, intergenerational awareness and strengths-based perspectives into her work, honoring each clientā€™s lived experience, identity and resilience.

As 2025 comes to a close and we embrace the coming of a new year with the hopes of amazing possibilities, the Courage Ranch team extends a most heart-felt Thank You to every grantor, every donor, every person who participated in a fundraiser, donated purses and auction items, every volunteer and to those who chose Courage Ranch to provide the mental health support needed. It takes a support team at every level to keep this small 501c3 alive and able to offer a very unique form of therapy. We are blessed by you! Thank you also to the BOD and therapists for your dedication, guidance and expertise. Thank you to Deason Animal Hospital for keeping our herd healthy and our farrier Brandon Rogers.
We have grown in 2025 and canā€™t wait to see what the new year offers! May your new year be filled with Godā€™s blessings!
