Looking Back to Move Forward

Before the year closes, consider a reflection about what felt most true to your values, where did your choices shape life, how did you show up (with others and yourself), what did challenge teach you, what are you ready to release, and what’s the next small step you’ll take?

This is where brief therapy can be purposeful.

One clear goal, practical steps between sessions, and a defined arc (often 4–12 sessions) so insight turns into action without overwhelm.

I’ve been a Swatch person since the 80s. In Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art, this move is called Aú Batido. Dancers might recognize it as the “K-Kick” in breakdancing. So happy that this watch is in the collection.
