Psychotherapy Milestones We are a group mental health private practice offering counseling to individuals and families.

Psychotherapy Milestones, LLC is a confidential mental health private practice. Individual clinical services are available for children, adolescents and adults. Evidence-based treatment is provided to help in treating individuals struggling with a wide range of clinical needs. A multifaceted use of therapeutic theories are used in treatment, as a way to conceptualize what is happening through more than one theoretical viewpoint. Treatment planning is developed in a collaborative effort between both client and therapist, to create the most appropriate and customizable goals.

Donations would go towards Active Minds, the largest nonprofit in the U.S. that's dedicated to changing the stigma around mental health in youth and youth adults.

The Ice Bucket Challenge is back — and a student organization at USC is behind it. Who doesn’t love to see videos of friends, family and even strangers getting doused in buckets of ice water? In March, the MIND club at USC launched the now viral challenge.
