Some words from our facilitator Mel:

“My own sound healing journey began during a really overwhelming season of life. I was working as a nurse while also going to massage school, and my mind constantly felt busy and overstimulated. When I started attending sound baths, it was one of the first times I truly felt my thoughts slow down. The tones and vibrations created a space where I could just rest, breathe, and be present. It gave my mind and body a chance to reset. As someone who has chronic migraines, facilitating sound baths has been incredibly healing for me and has even helped with pain and headache frequency.

Sound healing became something I wanted to share with others, especially those who feel stressed, burned out, or mentally exhausted. Sometimes we don’t need to do more. we just need a safe, peaceful space to receive.”
