We love to give good quality Chiropractic Care to families, people who may have an injury or sports injury, general wellness, postural correction and other problems. Classic Hands-on Chiropractic Adjustments - Diversified
Activator Methods - Adjustments using a specific instrument called an Activator
Cox Flexion-Distraction/Decompression - specific low back treatment table designed to gently place the lumbar spine through its full range of motion as well as decompression. Trigger Point Therapy - manually working out the trigger points - or knots - in muscles that can cause pain locally and distally
Therapeutic Modalities - Electric Stimulation, Ultrasound, Heat, Ice

We have store front parking - easy to get into the office, with handicap accessible ramps near the office

The MCPA (Missouri Chiropractic Physicians Association) has received unfortunate news that Dr. Jennifer Sutherland's (Compass Chiropractic & Wellness Columbia) home burned down this week.
The MCPA is asking for any support you can provide to the Sutherland family during their recovery.

First of all, to the folks who rescheduled their Friday appointments so I could drive my parents up to watch my brother's football team play in the semi-finals in Iowa, thank you so very much! They did win, 14-10, and will play this friday for a chance at their 11th state championship!

The office will be closed on Friday/Saturday as I get to drive my parents to Iowa to watch my brother's team play in the high school football championship game at the Northern Iowa dome. The game was supposed to be at 7pm, now it's at 4pm on Friday.
Good luck to Coach McClain and Dowling Catholic High School out of Des Moines.
