With over a decade of experience in healthcare, she brings compassion, commitment, and a deep understanding of the needs of those she serves. Her journey—from activities assistant to working across memory care, home care, and skilled nursing—reflects her unwavering passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors. Please join us in congratulating Jasmann Nowell, BSN, RN, CWOCN, C-IP on her promotion to Assistant Director of Nursing at Complete Care at Harston Hall !

Jasmann has made a tremendous impact since joining our team in July as our Staff Development Coordinator & Infection Preventionist. Through leading trainings, mentoring staff, and providing hands-on guidance, her passion for education and empowering others shines throughout the building. Her favorite quote from Steve Jobs perfectly reflects her approach to her work: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” Her goal in this role? To instill the love and compassion she has for providing care into others.
