This year you’ll actually find me in the water helping push the ducks at the starting line. Lately, we’ve had a lot of patients asking about Shockwave Therapy—and for good reason. It’s been a helpful tool in the clinic, especially for those dealing with long-standing issues like plantar fasciitis, chronic shoulder or elbow pain, and tight spots that just don’t seem to budge.

Shockwave works by sending acoustic pulses into the tissue to break up scar tissue, stimulate blood flow, and kickstart the healing process. It’s non-invasive and often helps when other treatments haven’t made much progress.
