"Is it my muscles or my joints, doc?”
👉 It's a Chicken and the Egg situation!
When your muscles get tight, they pull and jam the joints. When joints are jammed, they irritate the nerves and cause the surrounding muscles to tighten even more. It’s a vicious cycle and that’s why chiropractic care focuses on the joints AND the muscles.

What you water grows!
Did you know your discs are avascular meaning they have no direct blood supply. In order for nutrients to travel throughout the disc, there needs to be motion in the spine.

When you injure the spine, the body tries to lock those segments down and prevent motion. Chiropractic gets that area moving again so the nutrients can help the disc heal preventing degenerative changes over time.

Throwback to when we used to fill the duck cage for our charity event 🦆 times have changed, and so has the setup! This year you’ll actually find me in the water helping push the ducks at the starting line. We’d love for you and your family to come out to the Flower Mound river walk September 20th 2025, cheer on the ducks, and be part of an event that makes a real difference in our community 🦆🦆
