Bump to Beginning has welcomed a new family member to the family. As thrilled and exciting as this season of life is, I have decided to take a step back from birth work to focus on my children and adjusting to life as a family of five. I will not be taking on any clients until further notice.

I do plan on returning in the future. Until then, I wish you all well and cannot wait for all the future births I will have the pleasure of supporting.

As of April 1st, 2024 Bump to Beginning will no longer be taking clients for the rest of 2024. I will be on sabbatical and making sure I will be ready to continue forward in 2025.

I will be finishing out the births I have on the schedule in March. Please know I will still be available as a resource and can help you find the doula that is right for you or help answer any questions you may have!

See you in 2025!

A thousand moments in time come flashing through my mind each time I get an “update” picture from a client. It could be 2 days, 2 months, or 2 years… it all feels the same!

The strength, the endurance, the power. Birth work is never something I get used to or get tired of doing. I thank God for blessing me with each mama I get to serve.

I love what I do and am always left in awe of the capabilities of a woman in labor!

There is something in that first postpartum visit when I am able to hold that sweet baby in my arms for the first time and all the memories and details from their birth story floods my mind.

I am always blown away and in a state of awe with each mama I work with due to the strength, courage, and sacrifice that each woman goes through in labor/birth.

I cherish these moments and never take them for granted. I love my job.
