2️⃣ Build your support team: Losing weight can feel lonely without a loved one or group behind you. Get a buddy on board with similar goals or join a program to keep you motivated.

3️⃣ Meal planning: Plan and prepare your weekly meals ahead of time so you avoid impulse eating on the go. This helps you choose nutritious, balanced options that are easy to heat up and eat while living a busy life.
