Our Nutrition Services team had an incredible experience at the Premier Culinary Clinics in Dallas and Austin! Selected team members joined national Chef Todd Foutty and manufacturer chefs for a day of hands-on training. From learning new knife skills and food safety techniques to testing innovative equipment, they sharpened their culinary expertise. The day culminated with creative team cooking, using fresh ingredients and recipes introduced during the clinic. We’re so proud of our team’s passion and creativity in bringing these new ideas back to our kitchens!
