Bonus Tips:

✅ Look out for terms like cane syrup, dextrose, maltose, or agave—these all mean sugar!

How to use Kimchi 👩‍🍳

One simple way to enjoy kimchi is to use it as a topping or condiment. Add a spoonful of kimchi to your salads, sandwiches, or grain bowls for a tangy kick and a boost of probiotics. 🥗

💡Try incorporating kimchi into stir-fries, soups, stews, or fried rice! Try adding kimchi to the end of cooking as too much heat can destroy many of the probiotics.
