My name is Erin Carlisle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of counseling experience. I have worked with adolescents to adults, who are struggling with a host of issues and come from all walks of life. I primarily work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as relational issues. I have experience working with adolescents and adults who have ADHD or are on the Autism Spectrum. I also have 20 years of experience holding various positions in the public education field. I am a person centered therapist, in that I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation to the work we do together. In my practice, I incorporate a variety of techniques and activities into each session, tailored to your individual needs. I believe in you, and I strive to create a safe, respectful, timeless, and trustworthy space for people to work to feel better and become the best version of themselves. My hope is that my clients leave each session feeling hopeful, encouraged, and empowered. I am licensed to provide therapy to those living in the state of Texas.
