Heart Rate Variability measures the timing between heartbeats, which is directly influenced by the autonomic nervous system. This helps us see how the “gas pedal” (sympathetic) and the “brake pedal (parasympathetic) are working together.

In kids, healthy HRV patterns reflect adaptability, how efficiently their nervous system responds to stress, recovers, and regulates things like focus, sleep, emotions, and energy. ✨
