🎃👻Halloween Protein Gummy Candy

This Halloween, treat yourself to a healthy candy alternative that delivers a protein punch without the calorie scare! These protein gummy candy treats are sugar-free and simple to make! Enjoy a healthy Halloween snack that won’t frighten your waistline!

Ingredients:

-2 scoops of fruit flavored clear whey protein isolate
- 12 ounces of water
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free lime Jell-O
- Shaker cup & Silicone molds

Instructions:

1. Combine 2 scoops of protein with 12 ounces of water in a shaker cup and shake thoroughly
2. Let the foam settle
3. Add the protein mixture to a pot on low heat. Mix and let simmer.
4. SLOWLY add the gelatin 1 tbsp at a time and keep whisking until clump free
5. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set
6. Pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy

🔥 Get ready for an Outlaw FitCamp fan favorite! Kay’s BBQ Shredded Chicken is not only a super simple meal to prepare, but it’s also loaded with lean protein and low in sugar! Perfect for hitting your fitness goals while keeping the whole family happy! ✨

Ingredients:

- 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 14 oz Stubb's BBQ sauce (or any low-sugar barbecue sauce)

Instructions:

1. Place the chicken in your crockpot.
2. Pour the BBQ sauce over the top.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
4. Shred the chicken with forks.
5. Enjoy it over a fresh salad, as taco filling, or in a burrito bowl! 🌯🥗

🍋 Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs

Looking for an easy and healthy meal for busy weeknights? Packed with protein and perfect for meal prep, this dish will certainly support your fitness journey. Let your crockpot do the work while you focus on your goals!

Ingredients:
- 6 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- 1.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
2. Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Serve with a side of steamed veggies or a fresh salad!

💖October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re shining a light on members’ stories of strength and resilience— like Amy’s.

For Amy, fitness has always been part of her life, but after breast cancer surgery and some tough setbacks, she found herself sidelined. Since joining Outlaw FitCamp in February, she’s been crushing her training sessions with Kay twice a week. Now, she’s not just lifting weights again — she’s rediscovering her passion and rebuilding her strength, one session at a time. 💪
