Hey all! I also wanted to put it out there that I have a special little contraption called a Chi Machine! It helps with a range of things kind of like a therapeutic massage, providing relief for minor muscle aches, pains, and tension due to fatigue or overexertion. Many people ask how foot zoning and reflexology are similar. Here is an answer!

They do have some similarities in that both modalities work with feet and use signals on the feet to help the body, but with foot zoning we treat the whole body each time instead of just a few areas of concern. It helps the body address what it’s priorities are, which are often different than what we may think.

Foot Zoning works by stimulating signals in a specific pattern and order. Reflexology treatments will vary depending on the problems that the client presents but a foot zone session follows the same pattern regardless of the problem.
We do this because the body is designed to heal itself and by bringing the entire body into balance (not just specific reflex points), the body is then free to begin the healing process. As a result, Foot Zoning is a more in-depth and complete method of correction.
