Join Kate, Dan, and a mysterious coffee crasher at the E-Source Miller test kitchen to learn about the Rancilio Group Egro Super Automatic Espresso Machine. Hey batter, batter… Baseball Season is finally here! ⚾🌭

Kate and Chef Robby are stepping up to the plate and putting the Magikitch'n Radiant Charbroiler to work. Want to know what makes this setup a home run? The grease trough is angled, so as you’re cooking, everything naturally runs into the drain pan instead of sitting on the grate. Paired with the EZ Tilt grate, you can actually control how grease moves across the surface instead of letting it build up and slow you down, so you’re managing it during service. The result is a cleaner surface while you’re working and a much easier shutdown when it’s time to close down the ballpark.

Small space, big impact! We took a small corner of the dining room at a Dallas Community College and fit in a serving line for Dallas ISD students who are taking classes at the college. Staff will bring over food from the high school, load up the reach-in refrigerators, warming cabinets, and the serving line. When lunch is over, they will load it all up and take it back to their home campus. Everything they need to serve (and meet code) in a small footprint that makes a BIG difference!

Happy Waffle Day, everyone! Celebrate with fluffy waffles topped with your fave treats—maple syrup, fresh fruit, or a dollop of whipped cream! It's totally peanut butter and syrup for me! (Also, seeing this picture does make me miss my big kitchen!) Anyone else enjoying waffles today?
