Vitamins are a critical part of your health, and it’s important to make sure you’re getting enough of them daily. There are two types of vitamins: water-soluble and fat-soluble. Water soluble means that the vitamins dissolve in water. This is easy since, in large part, your food and body are made up of water. These water-soluble vitamins are Vitamins B and C.

The fat-soluble vitamins, however, are absorbed by your body when you eat them along with fat in your diet. This doesn’t need to be a cheeseburger and fries though! Healthy oils, nuts, fatty fishes, and other sources of fat are just what you need.

The fat-soluble vitamins you need are Vitamins A, D, E, and K. Here’s a quick summary of what they do for you and how to get the amounts you need to stay healthy!

Today was a remarkable kick-off to summer at Outlaw FitCamp Keller! With our amazing franchisees leading the way, we celebrated fitness, fun, and inspiration in the best way possible.

We were honored to have NFL Pro Football Player DeMarcus Lawrence join us as a "trainer" for the day! His energy and encouragement inspired everyone to embrace movement and push their limits, reminding us all of the powerful connections we build through fitness.

At Outlaw FitCamp, we serve clients at all different fitness levels—regardless of age, size, shape, or goals.

We offer a variety of services such as FitCamp group classes, personal training for individuals, group fitness training, and VIP coaching.

We don’t serve a particular demographic—we love working with all fitness levels. Men, women, families, companies, seniors, couples—all are among our satisfied clients. There is a program for everyone, any age, budget and goal.

Outlaw FitCamp is far more effective and engaging than your average boot camp. With our fitness system, you’ll be able to offer your members a wide variety of fitness exercises and training techniques. With much more variety than a typical boot camp, your members won’t get bored. In fact, they’ll love it!
