Decompression vs Inversion

Inversion tables do not provide the same targeted treatment as professional spinal decompression therapy. This means using an inversion table may not be safe and/or effective for everyone. People with more severe conditions can aggravate certain conditions such as degenerative disc disease and nerve impingement.
