I've been having problems with my neck this past month. Utilizing my Zilis CBD and seeing both my massage therapist and chiropractor regularly have been helping. Knowing that I am carrying all my stress in this one area I am also breathing to relax, walking for movement, exercises for circulation and a getting used to a new pillow to help make this issue a non-issue once again. 🌱💧⚕️🩺❤️‍🩹🧘‍♀️🏃‍♀️🩺🧖‍♀️
