Rent includes common areas noted in green, general cleaning, kitchen and bathroom use with basic toiletries, utilities, and wi-fi. Room A was used for a waiting room, so open to further discussion. Our chiropractor tenant of 6 years found his own building, so although we are sad to see him go, we are excited about the new year and new tenants!
