Many times client concerns are complicated. As we take a holistic approach to addressing concerns, it may be beneficial to utilize a combination of services including mind-body techniques, nutritional support and counseling for mental and emotional issues. Often weight loss, chronic dieting, binge or stress eating and body image issues require both professional counseling and a structured nutrition program.
