Yesterday’s private prenatal yoga session was amazing‼️😊I customized her flow to accommodate all of her special needs for her and the new baby to be! We had so much fun on our mats! Monday Day 1: Easy Sitting Pose
🧘🏿‍♀️⭐️🧘🏿‍♀️⭐️🧘🏿‍♀️⭐️🧘🏿‍♀️⭐️🧘🏿‍♀️⭐️🧘🏿‍♀️
Sukhasana is a very common pose for practicing meditation and breathing exercises (called “pranayama”). It is also often used as an alternative to practicing Lotus Pose (Padmasana) for those whose hips are very tight. This poses strengthens your back and stretches your knees and ankles. Awesome for grounding and balance. Did I mention that It helps to reduce stress and anxiety! ☺️ 🧘🏿‍♀️🕉

Each day you must post a pic of yourself doing the pose of the day and on all pics. Follow my Instagram pages & and my page Culture Flow Yoga.
