Not only is it okay to rest, it is necessary to rest for our wellbeing.
Did you know you are more productive when you schedule regular rest? Constantly grinding will grind you down, lead to burnout.
And when you rest, focus on being fully present in the moment rather than mentally time traveling to the future to plan the next task. Embody your rest.
Be intentional with your rest, and focus on the quality of it as well. Resting well enables us to finish strong!
