I’m not going to lie—some days, I feel just as drained and unmotivated as anyone else.
(Yes, even as a!)

There are mornings I wake up and think, “I’ll start tomorrow.”
There are workouts I almost skip.
There are days when making a healthy choice feels like too much effort…
