Urogynecology Associates is now open in Kosciusko, MS! And no, we didn’t move, our original Flowood location is still open. This is our second clinic and we’re so excited to serve even more women in Mississippi.

Jordan Blocker BS, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC ⚕️

Jordan lives in Madison, Mississippi with her husband and their two energetic boys. With over a decade of experience as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, she is known for her compassionate, patient-centered care. Her approach combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to helping women feel informed and empowered.

Outside the clinic, Jordan enjoys cheering at her sons’ baseball games and spending time on the water with her family. She brings heart and intentionality to her work, believing that joy at home and purpose in her profession go hand in hand.
