Last night, we held our very first MotherMoon by Mom.Me class and the room felt different. Soft. Safe. Real.

Families showed up. Stories were shared. Questions were honored. And for a moment, everything slowed down.

This isn’t just childbirth education.

MotherMoon by Mom.Me is beginning a new childbirth education series on Thursday, March 26 at 5:45 PM, and we would love to be apart of your journey.

Pregnancy can feel exciting, overwhelming, beautiful, and uncertain…sometimes all at once. You deserve a space that feels safe, nurturing, and real.

For six weeks, we’ll gather to:

• Understand your body
• Prepare for labor
• Strengthen your voice
• Plan for postpartum
• Build your village

This group is a safe and supportive space where you can connect with other moms, share your experiences, and learn helpful tools to support your emotional and mental well-being during pregnancy. During this group, we will discuss topics such as:

Preparing emotionally for motherhood

Managing stress and emotional triggers during pregnancy

Healthy coping skills

Building confidence as you prepare for your baby
