This summer, Zavation had the privilege of working with an incredible group of interns in both our Flowood and St. Louis offices. They brought fresh ideas, curiosity, and dedication to every project they touched on throughout our Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing departments. From contributing to impactful departmental initiatives to supporting day-to-day tasks, their efforts did not go unnoticed.

We recently hosted an Advanced Lateral Lab at Camls in Tampa, FL, designed for experienced spine surgeons seeking to expand the application of the lateral approach in their practices. This immersive training focused on complex case strategies, advanced instrumentation, and surgical techniques.

Surgeons had the opportunity to engage hands-on with our Lateral Fusion System, gaining direct experience with its features and design. This interaction supports familiarity with the system’s intended use and may aid in facilitating clinical decision-making.

A special thank you to our faculty - Dr. Ryan DenHaese, Dr. Bradley Stephens, and Dr. Yi-Ren Chen - for their time, expertise, and commitment to surgical education. We are already looking forward to the next one!

We recently welcomed students from Burroughs Prep School to our St. Louis office, where they toured the facility and engaged in a hands-on training lab placing pedicle screws on a spine model. Through this experience, the students gained insight into the many career opportunities available in this industry—and how a future at Zavation Medical Products, LLC could empower them to make a difference in patient lives.
